DOUBLE GIRDER CRANES

CRANES

Double Girder Bridge Cranes are most frequently used where capacities over 10 tons and/or spans of 60 to 100 ft are needed. They can be utilized at any capacity where extremely high hook lift is required because the hook can be pulled up between the girders. Double Girder Bridge Cranes are also ideal where high speeds and heavy service are required. They are highly suitable where the crane needs to be fitted with walkways, crane lights, cabs, magnet cable reels or other special equipment.
We are capable of building cranes for loads up to 400 tons.

SINGLE GIRDER CRANES

CRANES

We offer a broad range of SINGLE GIRDER CRANES, in standard capacities up to 10 tons. Special configurations can be designed to accommodate up to 25 tons and over 60 ft. spans. Under-hung cranes offer excellent side approaches, close headroom and can be supported on runways hung from existing building members if adequate. A full range of free standing systems and interlocking cranes can also be supplied.

JIB CRANES

Crenes

JIB CRANES are ideal in multiple applications, underneath bridge cranes, in areas serving several work stations, in outdoor applications such as loading docks, or in machining and assembly areas where multiple jib cranes can be overlapped to provide extensive coverage.

GANTRY CRANES

We build a complete range of gantry cranes including single girder, double girder, double leg, single leg, and cantilever styles for indoor or outdoor service. Capacities, spans and heights are virtually unlimited.

Advantages of Gantry Cranes are

  • Can be used where overhead runways are not practical.
  • A much greater bridge weight than an equivalent overhead crane.

Gantry Cranes are generally used for moving heavy loads, often outdoors. We have designed and built many large gantries with special features such as multiple hoists etc.
